With 700 available seats and home of the Labradors, the school will open its doors to students for the first time on August 27, 2014. Mays Chapel Elementary is located in the Mays Chapel community at 12250 Roundwood Road, Timonium, MD, 21093. The new staff members of Mays Chapel are coming from all over Baltimore County and beyond. Teachers and staff are excited and ready to greet students and families from the central York Road corridor. Building relationships and providing a rigorous and engaging education will be our goal within our new school community.[/hoot_tab] [hoot_tab title=”STAT Initiative”]Mays Chapel Elementary will be joining nine other Baltimore County Public Schools as a Lighthouse school. These ten schools will be piloting 1:1 devices in grades 1-3 in conjunction with the BCPS STAT Initiative.
